Permanent magnetic mixer
In order to be leading in the trade, our company unceasingly pursues the innovation in the production technique. We installed " aluminum fluid permanent magnetic mixer" on each set of furnaces. The appliance of "the aluminum fluid permanent magnetic mixer" increases the metal melting speed and recovery ration during the refining process. It is significantly effective when smelting special specification aluminum ingot with the high eutectic point in metallographic structure and more even, finer grain structure.
Heat interchanger
In order to enhance the energy efficiency, we also installeded two heat interchangers on each set of furnace. The high temperature smoke from the furnace chamber was discharged into the smoke duct, burned by the combustion nozzle with the cold air, heated to 300 centigrade, then this preheated hot air is directed into burning again as aiding combustion air, therefore the remaining energy in the exhausted air would be recycled to achieve the goal of the energy conservation. Moreover, because aiding combustion air is the highly heated, it helps to enhance the fuel combustion efficiency and to reduce the pollution to the environment caused by the incomplete combustion.
Monitoring room
The monitoring room in the refinery is equipped with multi-sets of automatic monitoring equipment, which is able to apply comprehensive automatic control on the furnace temperature, the furnace pressure, the burner nozzle, the valves and so on, thus to thoroughly promote the smelting process energy consumption efficiency, and to greatly reduce the environmental pollution from the irregularly discharging by automation with the dust removing equipment.
